Led the Advisory Board Consulting and Management's Financial Operations team that seeks to develop financially sustainable relationships between hospitals, physicians and payers. Managed a team of interim Chief Financial Officers (“CFO”), financial analysts, data analysts and strategy analysts who play an integral role in a multitude of engagements by providing interim management support, physician compensation plan design and implementation, financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, value-based care predictive modeling and financial roadmaps, pro forma and compensation plan modeling, financial infrastructure assessments, and financial reporting for medical groups. Led the design and implementation for a multitude of physician compensation plans for medical groups and physician incentive pool distribution models for Clinically Integrated networks across the country. Developed the value-based care economic roadmap which integrates hospital patient accounting, cost accounting and payer claims data to help health system executives evaluate their risks and opportunities as they transition from a fee for service world to a value-based care environment Spearheaded the development of Crimson Medical Group Advantage (“CMGA”) margin enhancement module. Originally developed and used in management engagements prior to 2013, CMGA has been incorporated in nearly every Advisory Board Consulting and Management engagement, enabling clients to ensure adherence to financial processes and rigorous and consistent progress towards financial goals and strategic benchmarks.
