- Campaign Management: Actively ensured offers and campaign activation across categories were met, as per commercial requirements and events.- Catalog operations: Had an active role in identifying any assortment gaps on the platform and took direct ownership of inventory and pricing. - Developed knowledge for best-in-class customer experience through strong merchandising, content, and knowledge of customer journey for the relevant categories, to maximize seller performance and efficiency. - Understood and implemented commercial KPIs by exploring collaborative opportunities with both inbound and outbound prospects, from Merchant Onboarding up to when the Merchants are Live and Active on our app’s marketplace.- Managed and oversaw potential partnerships for the company, along with establishing and maintaining great CRM with new and existing clients. - Took the initiative of becoming a main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio of stores for a week, as a temporary Account Manager.- Conducted competitive insights, analysis, and benchmarking for the Account Managers and their respective categories on a weekly basis. - Performed root cause analyses to provide answers to Account Managers in the occasion of poor store performance.
