Eric joined Bennion Deville Homes after moving to the Coachella Valley full-time. Prior to becoming a full-time resident, Eric, his husband and their two sons (and two dogs) spent holidays and weekends at their second home in the desert.

Eric joins Premier West Group having worked for one of the top new construction development firms in Los Angeles. With over $200 million of sales under his belt, his extensive working relationships with the area's top realtors, mortgage brokers and escrow companies assures both buyers and sellers of a personalized experience with an agent who has the know-how to get the job done. Eric has an extensive knowledge of the LA-area having handled properties in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Koreatown, Miracle Mile, and throughout the San Fernando Valley. Eric is of Chinese-Filipino-decent and is fluent in English and Filipino. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Realtor Association and is involved in volunteer and fundraising activities for the Asian Pacific Health Care Venture, Hollywood Senior Center and Boxer rescue LA.
