About Eric Pepple
My name is Eric Pepple and I am 2013 graduate from the Pennsylvania State University studying Hospitality Management. Since graduating I have accepted a position with Ecolab as a Territory Manager in the Fort Wayne, IN area. I plan on using my education and experience to build and cultivate meaningful relationships with my customers so that I can realize Ecolab's goal of making the world cleaner, safer and healthier. I am also creator and editor of the food blog Happy Valley Chow. I use my blog as a medium to share my love of food with my readers. I create weekly posts that feature original recipes, product reviews and general thoughts on food and cooking. Through my blog I have had the opportunity to partner with some fantastic companies such as Polyscience, SousVide Supreme, Lenovo, Baking Steel, and Modernist Cuisine, just to name a few. Since inception, Happy Valley Chow has been in a stage of growth and I plan on continuing this growth in the foreseeable future.
