Automation & Software Implementation is another major focus, where I lead efforts to integrate automation software and performance-tracking tools, streamlining both our health insurance physical therapy model and sports performance programs.I also oversee Financial Health, ensuring long-term profitability by managing budgeting, optimizing cash flow, and reducing operational costs. Insurance Relations & Medical Billing are critical areas of my role, where I’ve built and managed a proficient administrative team that handles credentialing for our therapists, manages billing procedures with major insurance providers, and ensures optimal appointment scheduling to keep clinic operations smooth.To drive Brand Growth, I delegate essential tasks to team members, allowing me to focus on strategic decisions that elevate the Petroski Physio brand. Employee Relations is another key aspect of my role, where I manage payroll, salary administration, and 401(k) contributions to ensure staff satisfaction and retention.In Marketing Operations, I develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that help expand our client base and build partnerships with aligned industries, fostering long-term relationships that contribute to our overall growth.Outside of operational management, I have a passion for Pitching Development, mentoring high school and college pitchers. Using baseball technology like Rapsodo and data-driven analysis, taking player development courses such as Pitch Design and Baseball Analytics, I help pitchers refine their mechanics and improve their performance. My approach is rooted in experience gained from working with Hector Berrios and interning with the Washington Nationals, where I developed my foundational expertise in player development and pitching mechanics.This well-rounded approach allows me to combine my business expertise and passion for performance improvement, driving success for both our athletes and Petroski Physio as a whole.
