Eric began his adventurous journey as an engineer, traveling the world setting up communication networks and training thousands, facilitating workshops and conferences, for Fortune and Global 500 companies and the UN. Later, he successfully managed large (100M$+) high-tech programs by introducing group dynamic concepts and agility, creating highly cohesive teams. His fluency in English, French and Spanish, combined with ease operating across varied industries, cultural settings, work environments, and roles, allows him to communicate deeply with, and understand, individuals and teams.Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, knack for seeing the big picture and growing understanding of human beings and the systems they are part of, Eric founded epic in 2007, to support individuals, teams and organizations along innovative and challenging journeys.
