As a contractor and fractional COO/CMO at Laser Esthetics Marketing, I worked with the CEO and team to help 5x this business in about 5 or 6 months. Once it became more than a 7 figure business, the business owner also had the time freedom to go and expand his spa to multiple other locations and start multiple other businesses. Working with a dynamic, systematic, charismatic CEO, who could sell you your own teeth, I was in the right place at the right time in the growth of his business - where the fulcrum of white-label agency performance starts to collapse. Working with primarily overseas support staff in the Philippines & India (some partner agencies being quite green), deliverables required considerable effort & direction to ensure the expected quality.
