    As a contractor and fractional COO/CMO at Laser Esthetics Marketing, I worked with the CEO and team to help 5x this business in about 5 or 6 months. Once it became more than a 7 figure business, the business owner also had the time freedom to go and expand his spa to multiple other locations and start multiple other businesses. Working with a dynamic, systematic, charismatic CEO, who could sell you your own teeth, I was in the right place at the right time in the growth of his business - where the fulcrum of white-label agency performance starts to collapse. Working with primarily overseas support staff in the Philippines & India (some partner agencies being quite green), deliverables required considerable effort & direction to ensure the expected quality. With 25+ years in marketing and IT, and with tens of thousands of dollars in training, software, and development, as well as similar number of years in ministry and church planting, 501(c)3 startups and multiple other business startups in various industries, I was well poised to be the right arm this business needed, as I have been for several businesses before. This was an incredible learning experience in growing an agency, until an unfortunate "seismic" event took place within the business. Essentially, a combination of massive industry changes coupled with massively decreased margin sent a shockwave into accounts payable, which lead to a series of catastrophic and unrecoverable reverberations back and forth between accounts payable (vendors), client deliverables, and therefore, accounts receivable, ending in the eventual bankruptcy of the business (at which point I had already accepted another opportunity, leaving with a massive personal deficit).
