Design fit and functions of all mechanical parts within a television including exterior cabinet, chassis, structural components, and even packaging design to cohabit with internal electrical components. Using Pro-Engineer, I have designed 200+ plastic and metal chassis/cabinet parts for LCD/LED Televisions.Testing:Testing individual metal and plastic parts as well as complete televisions to meet all mechanical requirements such as thermal, aesthetics, structural, fit, function, environmental, safety, and packaging. Vendor Management:Work with vendors to properly design and produce parts in a cost efficient manner. Traveled to Korea, China, Japan, Mexico, and Hong Kong to work with internal and external company members during the tool trial process.
