About Eric Prosser
For many years, I have been working in the Private, Public and Higher Education sectors fixing teams and managing technology. We all know technology staff are “unique” and are not the easiest people to understand and communicate with, but I love dealing with these creative people while translating these complicated topics for Executives.I have also learned over the years IT needs to focus on business strategy by being a contributor to business growth and efficiency. It is not just about software or technology anymore, but about business process and how technology blends within the entire business organization. IT should be focused at a strategic level vs. just making sure the lights are on.As a leader, my focus is on the whole business of the organization. Many times, we implement technology, only to make the process more complicated and cumbersome for our employees. IT organizations are notorious for this kind out output so my desire is to change that.
