Eric is a Denver based Managing Director in PwC’s Assurance practice acting as a trusted advisor to his clients on the accounting and financial reporting complexities they face during the capital raising process (equity and debt offerings). Eric has over sixteen years of experience working in both the Deals and Assurance practices at PwC, leading in capital markets and accounting advisory roles with large, complex multinational public companies and emerging, developing companies. Eric has experience across sectors, working with companies in the technology, entertainment and media, energy, financial services, life sciences, energy, and retail and consumer products sectors.From June 2014 through August 2017, Eric was based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in PwC’s European Deals practice focusing on cross-border transactions that contained a U.S. related component (e.g. SEC reporting, US GAAP vs. IFRS, SOX, etc.). Eric developed a proven track record leading diverse teams in a global environment, successfully executing projects with global companies doing business in countries and areas such as The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.Prior to June 2014, Eric was based in Los Angeles and worked in PwC's core assurance practice primarily focused on serving companies in the technology, entertainment and media sector.Eric received a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting and Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a member of the AICPA.
