Maintains the Field Office Table of Organization; ensures positions are accurately recorded and that on board data is kept up to date. Independently reviews staffing levels, computes attrition rates, and takes corrective action to resolve errors. Gathers data on projected turnover, losses, program changes, etc., and individually develops and coordinates a recruitment plan for backfills. Monitors employment levels and advises senior field management on the status of recruitment efforts and recommends actions necessary to avoid disruptive employment levels. Works with a variety of personnel programs in support of the Human Capital (HC) mission, managing one or more of the below program segments: Awards Processing: provides employee performance award and appraisal guidance using knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policies. Expertise in administrating the employee appraisal and awards programs to include comprehensive annual and ongoing evaluation of programs.

Serves as the Integrated Personnel Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Program Manager’s direct link to the Army Human Resource and Finance proponent for doctrine, organization, training, leader development, and personnel. Assists the U.S. Army and the system integration team to develop, evaluate, update, and deploy training materials and the Human Resources Information System.
