Balloon Safaris Ltd. is the oldest and most experienced balloon safari operator in Kenya (since 1976), and offers scenic flights in the Maasai Mara Reserve. We have a fleet of 6 balloons, all of which are manufactured by Cameron Balloons Ltd. in Bristol, one of the worlds largest and most successful manufacturers, and we can fly up to 86 passengers daily. With my head office in Nairobi and my operational base in the Mara Reserve, I manage up to 70 employees across those two locations.

Managed and improved standards within the team of 60+ guides through performance reviews and trainings. Worked on the safari experience throughout all Nomad properties, including Mahale, Katavi, Ruaha, Serengeti and Tarangire National Parks, as well as Ngorongoro Conservation area and the Selous Game Reserve.

Oversaw the smooth day to day running of a five star main lodge, private lodge, and private house. Successfully lead and motivated 47 staff members by maintaining excellent communication channels, ensuring the whole team provided outstanding levels of service within their departments. Ran front of house operations, including guest logistics and guest relations.

Ndarakwai Ranch is an 11,000 acre success story of land and wildlife rehabilitation, with a luxury tented lodge, practicing the principles of sustainable eco tourism. ~ Oversaw the operation of the 11,000 acre concession, and the 24 anti-poaching rangers that protect it.~ Maintained a high level of communications and co-operation with the surrounding villages. ~ Worked with lodge staff on ensuring high standards are met through trainings.~ Lead guide, guide trainer and rifle trainer for our small team of guides, with a focus on walking.~ Built new rooms and other facilities to cater for the increasing demand of tourists. ~ Marketed and advertised the lodge on multiple social media platforms, as well as a website redesign.

TFSO has been operating in Tanzania & Zanzibar since 1991 and is the oldest and most experienced company, dedicated full time to assisting film crews.~ Project planning and budgeting on shoots across many different sectors, from Foreign Aid to Tourism, Agriculture, Medicine, Biology, Natural history and General Entertainment.~ Scouted locations and conducted castings across Tanzania; from Zanzibar to Mwanza, to Dar and Iringa, gaining a wealth of knowledge of the country and its people.~ Worked with directors to make sure they get the content they need and worked with the crew to make sure they are fully catered for while in country.~ Mobilised camps for large TV crews across multiple locations in Tanzania, as well as smaller mobile camps within National Parks for documentary purposes.
