Current- Reviews and develops salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and demotions.
- Advises executives and Human Resources Business Partners on all aspects of compensation.
- Manages incentive plans.
- Integrates compensation programs of newly acquired hospitals into the health system.
- Develops compensation programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes and recommends enhancements consistent with best practice trends and business objectives.
- Develops job descriptions and performs job evaluations leveraging external market data and balancing internal job value.
