- Started as an intern with Sagem Avionics in 2001 to work on dataframe development for Flight Data Acquisition and Management Units- Appointed Technical Support Manager in 2002 in charge of Flight Data Read-out Software for Flight Safety and Maintenance operations improvement through data analysis , supporting customers with on-site system installation, problem/bug fixing and full training on the product.- Appointed Customer Support Manager around 2005, in charge of Flight Data Acquisition and Management Units on all fleet types (Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Embraer), managing Key Performance Indicators and maintaining excellent relationship and top level satisfaction with all of the customers across the continent while still performing my former technical duties above such as software development, software customization, documentation and debugging, helping customers achieved from hundred of thousands to million of dollars in savings through early failure detection, systems monitoring, and predictive maintenance.- Worked hand in hand with R&D, Programs and Sales to help mature the products, supported all Flight Data related products during PRE and POST sale phases helping to grow Sagem Avionics' number of Airlines customers to a number never achieved before (Only one customer was using Sagem FDM software when I arrived in 2000). My colleagues and myself at the time developped the pool of customers close to 40 airlines with prestigious names like Fedex, UPS, Alaska Airlines, Jetblue, US Airways, TAM, LAN, Embraer and many more across the Americas thanks to a world-class customer support.- Always worked in total honesty and integrity with the customers which contributed to our success and appreciation in the industry.- Since August 2020, putting all that dedication at the service of UEI, a rising star in the field of Data Acquisition solutions, still striving to keep all our customers fully satisfied.
