At Rapattoni I work on two major software programs relating to association management. One program is a C#.NET windows application that association staff would use to manage their staff, offices and sub-associations, along with the ability to schedule events and perform billings. The second program is a web application which allows association members to review their profiles, pay their dues and sign up for classes and events. The primary technologies I use are C#.NET, Web and WCF Services, SQL Server Databases and HTML tied with ASP.NET, JSON, JavaScript and JQuery

At Tri-anim I coordinated with the Information Services department and employees throughout the company, to assess needs, in order to create new, or to improve existing, programs utilized both by staff and management. I focused on developing software tools that increase the efficiency of the staff by providing accurate and timely information to improve day-to-day operations. The primary technologies I worked with were C#.NET, Oracle Databases, and Crystal Reports.

I developed human capital management software dealing with performance management (Performance Advisor) and incentive compensation (Compensation Advisor). My responsibilities included developing accurate estimates of work for given specifications. I followed this process by then implementing these designs by using an array of tools including Oracle / SQL Server database programming, JavaScript / VBScript programming (within ASP), DLL plug-ins using Visual Basic, and HTML. I was also often responsible for reviewing and delegating the work of others on my team.
