Eric Rios (he/him) is a seasoned nonprofit leader committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and social justice. With a passion for expanding access and opportunities for historically marginalized communities, he has dedicated his career to integrating diversity, belonging, and restorative practices into organizational culture, staff experience, and administrative procedures.Born and raised in a working-class family in Queens, New York, Eric is a proud first-generation college graduate. He earned his Master's in Public Administration from CUNY Baruch and his bachelor's in Arts Management from SUNY Purchase. This educational foundation grounds his holistic approach to uplifting others through the power of celebratory arts and culture, ethical workplaces, and impactful public service.Outside the office, Eric finds inspiration in the beauty, wisdom, and humanity that surrounds us. You can often find him gardening, cooking, listening to jazz classics, and immersed in nature - his lifelong pursuits as a curious learner and creative spirit. As a DEI champion and nonprofit leader, Eric is driven to create more equitable, inclusive, and restorative systems that empower all people to thrive.
