Implemented company wide changes to operational procedures. Through hiring, promoting, and training, I reorganized a new management, sales and instructor staff to implement new operational procedures. Broke Tucson’s best sales month record after 4 months. (Best Sales month in 6 years.)Designed a 55 page build-out plan for new location. Hired El Paso Sales Manager and Facilities Manager and began training at the Tucson location.Implemented New Horizons system and procedures, and had total accountability for profit and loss outcome.Hired and trained a new Management staff & Sales force as well as Instructor staff. Aided in negotiating lease of New Horizons office space.Turned a 5% profit in the first month of operation. “Best Practices” rated me in the top 10% of New Horizons Sales Managers out of 256 locations worldwide. Broke New Horizons first year start-up sales record with $1.5 million collected and $1.8 million in sales in the first year.Earned Rookie of the Year Status (Top Start-up Location-Sales Revenue) and set the New Horizons revenues record for a first year start-up. (New Horizons has been franchising centers since 1992.)Direct the overall operations and performance of the Sales Department and Sales Management team.Set the sales and collections record at the Albuquerque franchise location with a $450,000 sales month. Directed the overall operations of the Sales Department Designed, implemented, and supervised special sales contests to motivate Account Executives and to increase revenue.Develop and administer the department’s operating budget.Monitor sales trends; recommend new products and marketing strategies as appropriate.Hired and trained new sales staff.
