Estate Planning, Probate And Trust Attorney
Current• Represent clients in all aspects of estate and trust administration including probate proceedings, income and estate tax planning, and income and estate tax return preparation• Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters including Will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary claims, and accounting disputes• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to include preparation of Wills, revocable (living) trusts, special needs trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills• Advise clients on asset titling, beneficiary designations, and other probate avoidance techniques • Serve as counsel for guardians of minors and incompetents• Represent individuals and businesses in litigation matters
