- Provide and oversee Managed Services and IT Support to a wide range of clients. - Manage complex campus-wide network and oversaw help desk for a prestigious research library and museum. - Oversaw server virtualization projects including migration of over 8TB of digitized archives. - Managed cloud application and Internet service provider migration for seven office optometry practice.

- Provided CIO/CTO services to clients, including budgeting, project management, inventory review and strategic decision-making.- Appointed as an integral member of Merger Integration Team where responsibilities include integrating the CRM, Help Desk and accounting systems. This also included developing the necessary policies and procedures for the newly merged companies.- Implemented an integrated reporting system that allowed for reports to pull data from multiple, separate systems.

- Managed several Pharmaceutical clients’ entire IT infrastructure from Help Desk to Network Management, as well as a wide range of special projects.- Supervised, and played a hands-on roll, implementing network projects totaling over $1 Million.- As part of the Core Team, tasks included facilitating the actively growing IT infrastructure, where it was essential to accommodate rapid company growth and a corporate move to a newly constructed building. During this time I was personally responsible for: - Overhauling the existing servers to incorporate full virtualization using a SAN solution to support the anticipated employee growth. - Desktop refresh to migrate all employees to new hardware on the Windows 7 platform. - Designing data center & IDF closets for the new building. - Developing the schedule for internal resources and external vendors for new building project including wiring, AV, security, telephony & telecom - Architected and implemented a fully redundant network, complete with redundant fiber links supporting data, voice, video and disaster recovery, to bring the client’s new corporate headquarters online.- Created hour by hour schedule for IT portion of corporate move to new headquarters to minimize employee downtime.- Oversaw the IT segment of a corporate spinoff that included new network and server build-out, along with a move to new office space. Also oversaw the project of splitting sensitive, intellectual property data of each company.

- Managed a full service IT Consulting Company that provided a range of services, including project management, help desk, strategic planning & staffing support. - Delivered consistent network services and Help Desk to over 400 workstations, part of 25+ disparate networks and varied service levels by customer. Coordinated project schedules, directed staff, and managed both project and company budgets. - Oversaw numerous projects, including server upgrades, desktop and laptop rollouts, software implementations and office moves. - Engineered and implemented the infrastructure for a Dynamics AX installation to support a growing manufacturing company. - Carried out the role of Lead Salesperson, which included involvement in every aspect of the sales cycle from pre-sales engineering, to generating quotes, and post-sales support.
