Led enterprise architecture and developed the technical architecture and long-range systems plan to transform CMS from a mainframe development environment to one integrating both legacy systems and new distributed systems. This technology transformation plan included the roadmap for distributed computing platforms, development environment and tools, the design of the corporate network, and the database systems including the methods for distributing and integrating data between the mainframe, UNIX and Microsoft systems.
