Since 2015, I have been leading Software AG's Business Transformation business in the EMEA region. Together with the fantastic EMEA team, we are growing the business year over year, expanding our partner ecosystem, making all of our customers successful in their operational excellence and transformation initiatives, and retaining our product leadership position. Together with our customers and with the ARIS product development team, we have changed how the market views process management. We coined the term "Enterprise Management System" for an integrated capability on enterprise level, built on a strong process foundation, that allows organisations to transform, optimise and control the way the run their business. Enterprise management systems have been proven to be a key differentiator for organisations that are in transformation, that face regulatory or resilience challenges, or that need to become more agile to win.With a 20 year background in process management consulting and business development, I bring to the table a combination of strong market and technology insight, a growth approach based on customer success planning, continuous GTM innovation and strong team building skills.In my view, growth requires an end-to-end, agile, collaborative approach, connecting developers, field teams, partners and customers into a tight community. It also requires an inclusive and diverse team and team spirit.
