Reporting to the CEO, I was the principal lead on all hardware, software, and firmware development from proposal through production and customer support. Managed 30+ multi-discipline engineers through all phases of design and development. Selected Contributions:• Built and managed the engineering department of 42 (peak) multi-discipline personnel from the ground up.• Developed the product roadmap based on three key patents, including a completely disruptive technology in the area of incident management.• Engaged and negotiated with local municipalities for voice of the customer (VoC) and beta testing.• Authored multiple patents covering key proprietary technologies and system applications.
