Current•Provide Real Estate Coaching services and guidance to over 30 Real Estate Agents•Manage coaching program with an overall purpose to collaborate with each agent to build their business using the available models and systems, empowering them to reach their goals to become high producers.•Identify an agent’s business and personal goals to develop a plan of action to implement leading to financial and personal success.•Developed overall coaching program achieving a high production level for agents engaged in the program and maintaining a higher retention rate than non-coaching agents.•Provide instruction on Real Estate best practices and standards, sales & marketing techniques, contract writing, transaction management, brokerage’s comprehensive business platform, and board of REALTORS programs.•Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents employing coaching techniques of asking questions and active listening, to help an agent identify issues and solutions to implement a success plan.•Collaborate with the Market Center leadership team and the Associate Leadership Committee (ALC) to implement brokerage policies and procedures to improve overall business operations and identify training needs.•Productivity Coaching Agent sales contribution over 10% of overall company production, well above the national average.
