* Working with the wonderful team at Hopeless Records and our non-profit Sub City to create music careers with purpose, help fans grow and become the best versions of themselves, make a positive impact on the world and our community * Over $2 million raised for various charities via our non-profit Sub City including funding and opening a new studio for at risk youth in the New Directions for Youth (http://ndfy.org) center facilities in the Los Angeles area, an annual grant program offering $10,000 grants to qualified non-profit star ups (our first: https://halfaccess.org), and our current project Songs That Saved My Life which aims to raise funds over the new several years for mental health advocacy and suicide prevention worldwide. (See video links below) * Over 15 top 10 debuts in 15+ countries in the last six years as well as multiple platinum and gold records in the US, UK, and Canada* Offices open in 7 countries around the world, including London, Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo. This allows us to speak to fans in their cultural language and further our mission to create a positive impact around the world. Via this work our international revenue has grown from 6% to over 35% in less than 10 years * Artists selling out venues from 500 capacity to 20,000 capacity on a regular basis, as well as headlining major festivals around the world* Creating unique marketing plans and ideas for our roster and projects that has helping them achieve long term brand success * Unique distribution logistics set up worldwide created in the last five years that has allowed us greater access to marketing and programming, major promotions, as well as allowing us to decrease overhead costs by more than 20% on sellable product

The primary focus of my role at Hopeless Records is oversee A&R, sales and business development worldwide.- Work directly with the company president and VP of creative on developing team strategies to break artists, grow company revenue, and find ways to make a positive impact in our community- Scout, sign and develop new and emerging talent in our community of artists- Manage and increase revenue internationally with our worldwide team in eight international office locations- Oversee our worldwide retail and direct to consumer sales plans- Work directly with our business affairs team on finding, managing and developing new business and investment opportunities worldwide

The mission of the Spina Bifida Association is to build a better and brighter future for all those impacted by Spina Bifida. As a member of the board I will be working directly with the national office and local and affiliated chapters to help: - Promote the acceptance, accessibility, inclusion and well-being of persons with Spina Bifida. - Develop, maintain, and provide current information about Spina Bifida to promote public awareness. - Encourage the development of improved treatment and trained teams to care for all affected by Spina Bifida. - Promote the development of appropriate educational, vocational, and community support to encourage self-determination. - Promote research for Spina Bifida and related secondary conditions as well as promote the prevention of Spina Bifida through information and public education.
