Managing the day to day production needs for (3) venues at Pointe Orlando under the Beale Street Blues Company Brand (BB King's, Itta Beana, and Lafayette's).Responsible for staffing technical teams for 2 venues, 7 days a week, 365 days a years for general daily operations along with the private corporate buyouts. Weekly meetings with the Director of Sales and team to review upcoming BEO's and manage all the production needs they have. Those events range from 100 person private meetings to 2,500 person buyouts with "A List" touring artist coming into the venue to perform. Responsible for acts rider and backline needs for those events.Maintaining the in-house equipment for both rooms. Sounds, Lights, and Video components that need to be fully operational every night.
