I am a development professional with over 17 years of work experience in Ghana and Malawi. My experience in organizational and project management is characterized by the ability to lead national organizations and manage nationwide programs.In my previous positions, I have worked as a programme manager, people manager, strategist, and change manager. I have developed my technical skills in curriculum development, facilitation, and training and have a good working knowledge of results based working environments.
