Training of Trainers for Youth Programs: Trained over 1000 trainers across Ghana using the International Youth Foundation’s Passport to Success and Aflatoun Curricula, enhancing their capacity to deliver high-quality training participants.Coordination of Youth Engagement Summit: Coordinated a week-long hybrid summit with over 600 participants from 40 countries, ensuring smooth logistics and impactful sessions, fostering global youth engagement and collaboration.Implementation of Youth Projects in Construction and Hospitality: Implemented a 3.5 million Euro BMZ-funded project and a 5 million Dollar USDOL-funded project with CARE International, providing vocational training and employment opportunities for marginalized youth.Management of Africa Youth Partnership Program: Managed the Ford Foundation-funded program in partnership with Restless Development across 10 African countries, overseeing implementation and achieving program goals, enhancing youth development initiatives continent-wide.Securing and Managing Youth on Board Project: Secured and managed a 2 million Krona CISU-funded project in partnership with 100% for the Children, supporting youth empowerment initiatives through effective grant management.Development of Soft Skills and Technical Curricula: Developed six curricula, including a leadership curriculum for the Youth Leadership for Social Change project, resulting in a 96% increase in post-project feedback ratings for over 500 students in three Ghanaian universities.Curriculum Development with Princes Trust International: Reviewed and developed leadership and soft-skills courses for WhatsApp training, reaching over 1,000 students across three Ghanaian universities, enhancing accessibility and student learning.Co-Facilitation of Skills Hub Development: Co-facilitated the development of the Skills Hub, providing diverse skills development opportunities, and successfully establishing the hub, enhancing youth training across various sectors.

Strategic leadership: I was the liaison person between D-tree to senior government officials/personnel and with NGO partners. I established strategic alliances and explore areas for collaboration and expanding and strengthening program impact. I oversaw the securing of funds from UNICEF for a project with vulnerable women and girls. I successfully managed TfaC’s relationship with the Malawi Ministry of Education and the Department of HIV and AIDS.I was overall responsible for quality assurance of programmes, especially the Education Programme (the biggest programme within the organization), formulating programme strategies with clear monitoring, evaluation and learning plans and coordinating evaluations. All programmes successfully achieved its outcomes and overachieved on its outputs.I maintained staff attrition to less than 5% in 3 years in a highly volatile HR environment.
