Responsible for all Human Resources functions for QMMS USA, LLC, an affiliate of ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, including HR Strategy, Organizational Culture and Development, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Benefits, Payroll, and Partner Retirement Benefits. Director of Human Resources, 2010 - 2013Led all Human Resource functions for healthcare and life sciences consulting practice (formerly Easton Associates) with offices in NY, London and Beijing.Managed all Human Resources issues, including recruiting, hiring, and separation, training and professional development, policy development, performance evaluation, project staffing, benefits management, and compensation.Partnered with Director of Operations on day-to-day management, administration, and long-term strategic planning, including the creation of a knowledge management system, upgrading corporate website, and assisting with the establishment of the Beijing office.Retained in 2012 to streamline post-acquisition integration efforts with specific focus on project staffing, recruiting/capacity planning, performance evaluation, professional development, and general operations.
