Responsibilities:• Responsible for creating, standardizing, documenting, and executing strategic plans and frameworks related to cyber resilience.• Coordinate with other corporate incident management, resiliency, storage, and backup/recovery teams to ensure cybersecurity-related concerns are considered and accounted for.• Ensure the Information Security department’s business continuity and disaster recovery plans are maintained.• Develop process maps for resiliency management activities that reflect the department’s efforts to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from potential cyber threats and maintain situational awareness.• Develop communications, including proposals, reports, presentations, and procedures, including recommendations for all levels of management.• Develop and maintain detailed metrics on cyber resiliency and readiness reporting.• Conduct and coordinate cyber resilience table-top exercises with business leaders to ensure soundness of business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response plans, and regulatory needs.• Review and edit 3rd party reports related to cyber resilience• Work with Third Party Risk teams in relation to SBOM and CVE patching and attestation to meet current and future regulatory requirements• Develop comprehensive reports including the scheduling, tracking, and reporting on resiliency and the evaluation of test deficiencies and development of follow-up action plans.• Research and remain current on the latest cyber threats and resilience trends, assess applicability to Zions Bancorporation.• Provide recommendations for incorporating industry best practices.• Perform gap and risk analyses in the evaluation of frameworks, or controls assurance programs in areas critical to maintaining resiliency.• Participate in FS-ISAC working groups for Post Quantum Cryptography, Digital Assets, and DORA• Work with law enforcement in tracking risks, threat, global trending & intel through partner organizations
