Eric Santa is the Chief Growth and Strategy officer of DUOS. In this role, he’s accountable for strategic growth of the company’s digital, tech-enabled services and SaaS platform offerings. DUOS is a technology-driven health care company that focuses on addressing the care navigation and aging needs of older adults. DUOS serves health plans, providers, employers, brokers and other key industry players that serve older adults and those that care for them.Eric has a demonstrated passion for leading and growing health care technology and services organizations. He joined UnitedHealth Group’s Optum organization as a product leader and general manager for several technology and service products. During his 11 years at UHG, Eric held executive positions ranging from Chief Revenue Officer of Rally Health to the SVP and General Manager of several businesses across Optum Health and Optum Insight. Throughout his time at UHG, Eric successfully held roles focused on general management, sales and marketing leadership, strategic planning and product management.Prior to his tenure at Optum and Rally, Eric had a successful career as a strategy and financial consultant with organizations like The Boston Consulting Group, Arthur Andersen and The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.Eric is pleased to continue his health care leadership journey by supporting the mission of DUOS and supporting older adults and their caregivers.
