 Sub-contracted with Toys “R” Us as the Contract Administrator and an Assistant Superintendent on five retail big box construction projects around the city of Atlanta Worked with the home office in Paramus, NJ, helping to prepare contract changes and negotiating changes with each vendor and sub-contractor  Worked closely with Regional Project Managers, project Engineers and Superintendents to ensure adherence to the terms of the contracts and the timely deliveries of projects Promoted to Assistant Superintendent role on my final two projects with the firm, staying behind to insure the subcontractors’ punch lists were completed and to get sign offs from General Managers.
