The Fulfillment Product Manager is focused on the customer, supporting our sales team, and creating a highly effective process and fulfillment services that are desired in the industry.

I mange client work load for over 70 customers across three project managers. Advise on inventory and order fulfillment best practices in our warehouse. Create and maintain user documentation as procedures are implemented and refined as well as implementing training for the fulfillment team. Provide warehouse and product historical data for product dashboards and tracking fulfillment metrics. Redesigned warehouse and created better practices for picking and packing. ImplementedScanners for picking, Cycle Counting for better inventory accuracy, and 5S / QRM processes for better efficiencies.

As the Systems Administrator I work closely with our Fulfillment software company and our Shipping software company. By learning best practices, new services and custom integrations I am able to give our customers a great customer experience.

I was the lead expert in many of the current printing programs available. I was the go to person in assistance in creating files accurately to print correctly. Programs such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

I am currently working with new and previous clients on using Kodak Insite for uploading, viewing and approving their print ready files online. INSITE Creative Workflow manages content creation and approval for ad agencies, publishers, and creative professionals. It includes the KODAK Smart Review System, which offers a range of tools for collaborative reviewing and proofing. I am in charge of the front end and back end of this system.I am currently working with new and previous clients on using HP Smartstream Director. HP SmartStream Director, powered by Pageflex®, automates your digital print workflow from job creation to print. This integrated, open-workflow solution provides a suite of tools to manage and streamline print production, including the ability to easily build an unlimited number of business-to-business web storefronts with automated delivery to the press. I am in charge of the front end and back end of this system.I am currently an Administrator of American Printings intranet and extranet.Other IT Duties include: Manage Barracuda Spam firewall, Prinergy Archive and Back Up Server, Manage multiple Apple Computers with hardware and software upgrades.
