I have led the establishment of the world's first Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs team for a cultivated meat company as well as the associated federal policy to complement. I also have established and led the world's first cultivated meat cell line development team and first cultivated meat food product design team, and food safety/quality assurance team.
