Together AI is a Series A startup (~$260M raised, ~80 employees when I joined) building cloud infrastructure to train / host / fine-tune large language models. I partnered with 12 engineers + 1 designer to ship features related to APIs (dedicated endpoints), fraud prevention, and product-led growth (user onboarding / monetization / retention).

Joined as employee #3 and helped build an idea on a PowerPoint slide into the fastest growing business in ServiceNow's history (~$200M revenue and ~1000 customers in year 1). After shifting to Product I focused mainly on our performance monitoring / observability features.

Received fast-track promotion to Senior Staff PM in ~6 months. Hired and managed a Staff PM direct-report.

Launched many of the functions needed for our pilot launch 6 months after I joined, and general availability after one year (e.g., sales, strategy, operations, analytics). Both launches broke company records as measured by revenue. Initially joined via Bain-sponsored secondment.
