I spent the first part of my career in a number of sales functions from business development, inside sales, territory management, and Account Executive for a number of different industries including Property Tax Reduction, Branding/Marketing, Crowdsource Paid Search, Disaster recovery, Integration Software, Open Source Software, and real estate CRM.My time in sales sparked a passion for Salesforce as I have worked on a number of CRM systems, but none of them as powerful nor easy to adopt than Salesforce. This led me to pursue getting Salesforce Admin Certified.Most recently I had an opportunity to transition from sales to the support/delivery side of the house working for a Real Estate Specific Version of Salesforce called Propertybase. While in that role I was able to quickly add to my skill set in terms of client success, customer journey, Salesforce implementation, churn reduction through education, Learning Management System Implementation, client onboarding, and project management.
