Served as the executive advisor to the unit’s director of logistics on all logistical requirements, planning and execution phases in support of the unit’s operations. In this capacity coordinates, supervises, and serves as the senior advisor on matters regarding transportation, armory, ammunition/ordnance, food service, facilities, engineering, embarkation, landing support and the unit movement control center in support of unit operations. Served as unit supervisor for all safety, planning, training, personal development, deployment and employment of over 45 personnel and their organic weapon systems and gear. Supervised and coordinated the preparation and assignment of personnel and equipment in accordance with organizational requirements.

-Responsible for execution and evaluation of the course program of instruction and the faculty development program.-Received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal and 3 certificates of commendation in recognition of his leadership, mentorship and subordinate development capabilities.-Serving as the school manager certified over 100 physical security supervisors.-Led, trained and certified 5 instructors in the mastery of assigned classes, practical application exercises and instructional techniques, ensuring instructors complied with course curriculum, training schedule and school operating procedures-Conducted over 2000 student contact hours that included lecture, demonstration, practical application, guided discussion, examination, administrative hours and multiple voluntary weekend remediation hours.-Was responsible for oversight on testing procedures and evaluation of test data for over 30 knowledge areas.-Coordinated inter agency support and the usage of Army and Marine Corps training areas in support of 30 live fire projects.

-Provided leadership, technical and tactical certification for physical security supervisors. Provided instruction, testing, and practical application exercises over an eight week training course.-Led, trained, mentored and ensured the safety of 210 students throughout 252 physical exercise events, 42 live fire ranges and 140 days worth of field exercises.-Provided constructive counseling, critiques and information in order to help students constantly improve their performance resulting in having three classes with the highest grade point average within the course and averaging overall over 95% within a total of 7 courses.-Received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal and 2 certificates of commendation recognizing his leadership and teaching abilities.-Conducted over 3500 student contact hours that included lecture, demonstration, practical application, guided discussion, examination, administrative hours and multiple voluntary weekend remediation hours.-Attended the schools course curriculum review board and helped develop a new curriculum for the course.-Developed and implemented a physical fitness program which improved overall fitness by 20%.
