This consisted of teams supporting all needs of Application and Infrastructure management. This was to insure in region leadership while still relying on a follow the sun model for optimal support. At our peak it was over 2400 staff globally.Built our first CoE (Center of Excellence) focusing on Continual Service Improvement. Which we worked with our internal IT Automation Orchestrator tool set to automate between 60-90% of our day-to-day tasks supporting our clients and internal IT.Rolled out our Engagement Management team to focus on our most critical customers and partnerships. This provided our customers with strong technical leadership solely focusing on our clients business targets in order to insure we were completely and continually aligned.Took on the role of Executive Sponsor for key accounts, this includes a top credit card company, global banking and finance institutions, tech companies, and healthcare. Assuring client satisfaction and continued growth.As we moved our company from a services company to a product company (unfortunate timing with the COVID Crisis), was the lead on restructuring our global operations, working with the varying global labor laws and our HR teams to greatly reduce our footprint and realigning our support to assure delivery in this transition phase.
