I have spent much of my career as a translator. I can take technical jargon and translate that into terms that people can grasp and understand. At the same time, I can take ideas that come from staff and translate those into technical jargon for stakeholders who need the specifics. I have the unique ability to see things from the 30,000-foot level and to be able to implement things on the ground level. These skills have led to my success as an IT Director, an Operations Manager, and as a Sales Executive.I have been the project lead for business case analysis, solutions evaluation, procurement, and services negotiation. I have had the opportunity to lead all implementation change management, data migration, training, and ongoing support programs. And have designed key accounting, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and point-of-sale business processes. In other business cases I have developed key business metrics to measure sales and growth, and developed the dashboards and ad-hoc reporting. The most energizing portion is working with customers and co-workers to build consensus, and train.My experience even extends into the customer facing side of business. I have used both direct and inbound sales methods to work with prospects. I have cold and warm called on many prospects, ultimately turning them into customers. I was responsible for negotiating pricing and sales agreements with C-Level executives.
