Project management responsibilities include but are not limited to, client and regulator communication, work plan and proposal preparation, field implantation of work plans, project scheduling, deadline tracking, budget evaluation and analysis, and technical editing and report finalization.Project manager for an environmental remediation project for an international insurance company. Environmental activities conducted include, site investigation and delineation of an onsite PCE sources, upgradient TCE source investigation, remedial selection assessment, vapor intrusion investigation of onsite and downgradient buildings, manage a pilot test for a sub slab depressurization system in an offsite building, and install an interim sub slab depressurization system, and development of a full scale sub slab depressurization system. Manage remedial assessment study of ZVI, dehalococcoides, and electrical resistant heating (ERH). ERH was proven to meet the client’s goals and therefore it was selected. Provided oversight of the ERH system installation, operation and maintenance, and post remedial soil and groundwater sampling. Prepared and managed the project budget of $5.9 million, including the ERH equipment rental ($1.1 million) and electrical service contract ($1 million) Developed, tested and acquired NJDEP approval for an alternative electrode well abandonment technique that saved the client $650,000 in well abandonment cost.

Under general supervision provide advanced project management support activities including, client communication, work plan and proposal preparation, project scheduling and deadline tracking, budget evaluation and analysis, and technical editing and report finalization.Expedited site characterization by implementing the USEPA’s Technology Innovation Program (TIP) method of Triad to develop dynamic workplans combining Membrane Interface Probe (MIP), Cone Pentrometer Test (CPT), Field Analytical Methods, and 3-D visualization.Utilize groundwater model (MODFLOW) to assess groundwater flow patterns, calibrate the model to groundwater pumping tests, determine the location and pumping rates of recovery wells to assist in the design of a pump, treat groundwater remediation system and dewatering calculations for excavations.

Managed over 25 NJDEP Land Use Permits within the past eight months. Submitted two Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) Individual Permits, two Environmental Impact Statements, and one Freshwater Wetland Individual Permit. Developed multiple unique solutions to streamline the efficiency and productivity.Designed, created and implemented a project management database used by all Project Managers to display the status of each project.
