As GM, I led the full P&L oversight for Aegion Coating operations in the Eastern Hemisphere, driving $35M revenue and $5M operating income. I also implemented a streamlined organizational structure and market-specific sales strategies, and optimized the region's legal entity structure for enhanced business efficiency.A Key Accomplishment Includes:• Being instrumental in evolving the group's strategy and operations to triple business size by implementing a decisive go-to-market strategy for portfolio of technologies and maximizing operational leverage, resulting in the establishment of a robust HQ for Aegion Eastern Hemisphere operations managing $150M revenue and $15M operating income.

I led investment analysis and valuation model development for Aegion's acquisition initiatives, leading to $335M in investments across four companies; actively participating in all stages of the acquisition process, from strategic planning to financing. I also played a key role in supporting AEGN's CFO in securing a $650M facility for the acquisition of Brinderson through a syndicate of commercial banks, encompassing a $300M revolving credit line and a $350M term loan.

In this role I was responsible for the oversight, development, and administration of the Company’s lending policies to manage all internal financing products and receivables, approximately $150M of assets under management, and led a team of eight financial and technical analysts.

I was a member of Merrill Lynch International Bank’s Chief Administration Officer’s team, responsible for providing middle market financing & wealth management services to international clients. In this role, I supported the development of a program to manage market, credit & operational risk that informed the required economic capital reserves held by the bank under the Basel Capital Accords.
