Advise and provide change management support for our dedicated Internet customers, including but not limited to BGP and DNS changes. Provide guidance for our first level teams on logical issues within our network.

Main focus is supporting the enhanced dial network which involves working with LECs on circuit and translation issues before our network through the dial equipment, onto our edge equpment which connects to the VzB backbone. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of this product for various customer facing groups, as well as, on call support.Other hats include DNS admin support and management of customer ds1 and above outages and issues.Administrative duties have included the development of our center's business continuity plan and its maintenance; assistance in procedures and guidelines, writing documentation, and providing training for 1st level groups.

Provided first level troubleshooting of multiple dial networks. As the customer facing group, charged with maintaining positive customer relationship with the NOCs of the various dial resellers, and driving their issues within the company. As a tech III, supported in the development of the team and provided a technical escalation point within the group.

Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, along with daily balancing of ATM's, EFT's, and checks. Acted as a member service represenative and provided day to day network support, from running backups, reports for management, assisting staff in networking and printing issues, and managing the facility access system for employees and tenants of the building.
