-Ownership over company-wide accounting, reporting and comprehensive analysis of operating results and key metrics to executive management. -Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit, monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.-Oversee the company’s insurance and risk management process.-Compile quarterly consolidated financials and operating metrics for board of directors meeting presentation.

Responsible for all bank and shareholder reporting including monthly & quarterly P&L requirements, profitability/margin analysis, borrowing base and covenant calculations, compiling annual budgets, production forecasts & new project valuations/ROI.

-Analyze NYMEX data for primarily oil & gas commodities for trends and assist in tracking positional risk across the company.-Construct analytics of product pricing and purchasing trends for both traders and C-suite teams.
