I am proud to be the author of the book Howard's Gift: Uncommon Wisdom to Inspire Your Life's Work, which was inspired by my relationship with my former professor, friend, and business partner, former Harvard University Vice Provost, Howard H. Stevenson. Howard's Gift features Howard's wisdom and that of extraordinary individuals such as Mindy Grossman (former CEO, HSN & Weight Watchers), Soledad O'Brien (award-winning journalist & entrepreneur), Kirk Posmantur (founder, Axcess Worldwide), Nancy Brinker (founder, Race for the Cure), Carl Banks (NY Giants All-Pro), and Mark Lazarus (Chairman, NBC Universal Television). Thought Leadership derived from Howard's Gift has been featured by Harvard Business Review, CNN, Inc, Fortune, and Fast Company, among others. I worked with the CEO, executive leadership team, and key alliance partners to implement a turnaround strategy that successfully led to the sale of one of the largest out-of-home media companies in the U.S.

I helped build one of the country's first "partnership development" agencies with visionary founder, Kirk Posmantur. With an active team of investors, AXCESS purchased a sister company, Worth Media, which I subsequently led as CEO. Axcess and Worth engaged UHNWI, entrepreneurs, executives, professors, investors, and philanthropists -- and the brands and organizations that served them -- through partnership development, media platforms, thought leadership, events, and relationship-building strategies.

I am honored to have worked with Harvard's Vice Provost and leadership team to develop strategies that entailed representing the University to new (and, often, underrepresented) constituents, developing creative advancement strategies, facilitating collaboration between Harvard’s schools, and managing some of the University’s most highly valued supporters.

I helped manage and optimize key relationships, including with former California Secretary of Education Bonnie Reiss, Chairperson Arnold Schwarzenegger, and corporate CEOs, during the launch of one of the first large-scale digital divide programs in the country -- a program that grew out of my work with a corporate foundation in a Fortune 100 company.

I led the corporate sponsorship program for 30 subsidiaries—Century 21, Avis, Budget, Days Inn, Ramada, and others in the portfolio—and transformed it from a cost center to a profit center that contributed $2.5 million of incremental EBITDA.
