With over 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I am currently the Shipping Lead at Verde Fulfillment USA, a leading third-party logistics company that serves e-commerce businesses across various industries. I manage the shipping operations for more than 100 clients, ensuring that their products ship in a timely manner and meet their quality and delivery standards. I also oversee the training of new employees, contact the carriers with issues, and schedule pickups for LTL shipments.I am skilled in data analysis, LTL shipping, inventory forecasting, and warehouse operations. I use these competencies to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs and errors. I am also hazmat certified and proficient in various software and tools, such as FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. In addition to my shipping expertise, I am passionate about game programming and development. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in this field at Southern New Hampshire University, where I learn to create engaging and immersive games using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
