With this confidence in the inventory control, purchasing was able to negotiate to get with vendors for JIT inventories, vendor managed inventories (VMI) or get vendors’ to use consignment stock• Presented educational seminars on “Closed Loop” manufacturing systems which included APICS oriented material• Developed a Reduced Machine Setup and Changeover Methodology.• Managed ERP software selection project for aircraft engine parts manufacturing company; included FAA requirements.
