I have worked extensively with business leaders, legal counsel, government officials, and the general public in helping them improve their personal and professional lives through the services my companies offer.In my current role as Chief of Staff for Blue Cypress, my focus is on operational excellence to ensure our people and companies can meet their potential. I work to instill Rockefeller Habits and related Scaling Up strategies across Blue Cypress and our family of companies, ensuring everyone at every level is aligned and focused on the right priorities to drive personal and corporate growth. By finding the right people to excel in the right roles with proven and repeatable processes, Blue Cypress will supercharge innovation, develop the right products, and provide the best services and solutions to our association and non-profit clients.Most recently, I was a Director of Business Development for Corporate Trust and Agency Solutions, where I met regularly with lenders, counsel, borrowers, banks, funds, and other interested parties to show how our suite of services could take the administrative burden of corporate loans off the parties, allowing them to pursue M&A, restructuring, growth, and other financial-related objectives.Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband, Ethan, and my Corgis, Bentley and William. We like to walk around the neighborhood, enjoy the countless food options in New Orleans, and catch every Saints game in the pre-, regular, and post-season.
