To start his career, Eric collected 17,000+ books, clothes, school supplies, and food while distributing the items to less fortunate neighbors throughout Greater Philadelphia – free of charge.Today, Eric is the Co-Founder of Launch Point Labs – a space for entrepreneurs to launch, grow, and scale their businesses. The company gives entrepreneurs access to funding, coaching, mentorship, and a suite of business services (covering everything from marketing & branding to sales and operations). Although hyper-focused on Delaware entrepreneurs, the company supports startups across the country (from Miami to Phoenix) and across the pond (from Israel to France). Before starting Launch Point Labs, Eric was Vice President of Carvertise – a national advertising company that partners with Netflix, 7-Eleven, Crayola, NASCAR, and hundreds of national brands. Since joining as Vice President, Eric helped Carvertise become a multi-million dollar company with 150% year-over-year revenue growth. In 2020, Carvertise became an Inc 5000 fastest growing company.Eric sits on the board of multiple organizations (including the Delaware Art Museum) and is an active advisor to multiple fast-growing startups.
