Responsible for leading ICT research and development, creating the technology roadmap and vision as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team in the CIO office. Additionally responsible for participating in merger and acquisition activities of due diligence and business integration in the information management track.

This team is responsible for the research and development of all IT services to our organization such as wide area network, server capacity, authentication, messaging, email and voice services.Very large scale project execution with global footprint. Coordination of services delivery for our network of 234 sites across 37 countries. Deployment of outsourced services, service sourcing, vendor management, RFP/RFQ execution and service transition, contract management and service/SLA compliance.

Responsible for the implementation of IT Infrastructure services in the Americas Region (North and South America).Large scale project planning and execution across different cultures and areas within my region of responsibility. Outsourcing projects consisting of vendor identification, RFP/RFQ execution, vendor selection and service transition to outsourcer. Region consisted of 70 sites across North, Central, and South America.

Responsible for IT at 11 sites, promoted to corporate headquarters (Cargotec Corporation).During tenure in this role I was responsible for managing all aspects of IT for the US division of this organization. Development of the ERP system and later migration from their AS/400 based MAPICS to Epicor's iScala. Developed internal processes, web site promotion systems, communication and collaboration systems as well as project planning and execution.

Automotive Tier 1 supplier of interior components, international company with Headquarter in Japan.Responsible for design and implementation of systems for the optimization of supply, storage, production and delivery. Managed many large scale projects and teams involved in projects yielding substatial cost savings to the organization as well as improved operations. Projects on IBM midrange and PC platforms with technologies such as barcoding, wireless data collection systems, and EDI.

Field consultant working with customers to design and develop custom applications, modification of existing applications, installing new systems, and training users. Worked extensively with communications and network systems spearheading the companies move into client/server computing. Lead several projects involving shop floor data collection and oversaw other technical employees in these tasks.

Program maintenance, new system development and hardware installation. Additionally performed user training and network maintenance in a large multi-plant environment, tier 1 automotive supplier. Extensive use of communications and EDI were involved in many activities.

Duties included implementing and developing new computer systems and modifying existing and purchased software systems. Hardware installation and system deployment of IBM midrange family systems, personal computers and networks.

System analysis, program development, application maintenance and system communications. Additional duties included equipment selection and implementation, studying user requirements and user interface. Worked primarily with IBM midrange systems System/34 and System/36.
