Led the Food Procurement & Packaging team, launched several hundred of Private Label SKUs. Developed HoReCa solutions together with Chefs from different type of culinary cultures, for multiple markets in Europe & Asia. Developed and implemented marketing tools. Reduced Metro carbon footprint by reviewing every single SKU packaging, developed sustainable source of supplies, measures part of the Metro Group Sustainability strategy.
