I took over the lead of the APAC Global Sourcing organization (commercial, sourcing, supply chain, packaging, finance, admin) to develop strategic commercial partnership and serve as best HoReCa Customers in the Food sector across 25 Countries. Responsible for the whole E2E value chain, P&L and sustainable initiatives. Together with an amazing expert team.

Allemagne

Led the Food Procurement & Packaging team, launched several hundred of Private Label SKUs. Developed HoReCa solutions together with Chefs from different type of culinary cultures, for multiple markets in Europe & Asia. Developed and implemented marketing tools. Reduced Metro carbon footprint by reviewing every single SKU packaging, developed sustainable.

Austria

Within the CEE region, reporting to the COO, I was in charge of Category Management, Private Labels, FMCG management and merchandising concepts with the support of the local Boards and teams. 13 CEE countries in the scope.

Germany

Reset and transformed Metro Food & Non Food Private Label business (part of the Group key strategic pillars), engaging the Company towards Private Label culture and mindset change, from Corporate to local teams in 28 Countries. Reduced portfolio and assortment complexity, shifted from buying driven to Customer mindset, defined the 4P for each brand.

Paris, Île-de-France, France

I joined one of the most successful French retailer (owned by British private equity) as Board Member and was in charge of the pricing and assortment mix definition (95% own brands), buying, supply chain departments.

France

Responsible for Fresh & Frozen categories covering category management, FMCG negotiations, sourcing, supply chain and merchandising. Later I joined Carrefour Europe to create and develop join buying activities and best practice sharing in Private Labels between France, Spain, Italy and Belgium.
