• Responsible for Pre-Sales and Business Development selling OSS/BSS, Big Data Analytics, IoT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, Performance Management and CEM solutions, increasing the number of customers worldwide;• Lead PreSales & business / strategy development teams working proactively & close to the customer identifying business opportunities and customer needs;• Develop and execute the Sales strategy for Key Account Customers in Europe, North America, Africa and Middle East as well as implement tactical plans and competitive analysis;• Collaborate with other members of the sales teams, technical marketing, and product acting as technical expert, qualifying prospects on solution fit, delivery needs and leading RFPs;• Develop long-term partnership with clients (and partners where appropriate) through managing and interpreting their requirements;• Work with external partners to find the best way to technically integrate our products & APIs into their solutions and help them with any obstacles they may encounter during their presales activity;• Drive engagements at C level using a strategic, business focused and consultative selling approach;• Evangelize the solutions within the customer’s internal areas to explore and get the maximum benefits using WebRadar´s solution;
