Prepare daily and monthly reports for consultant and client records.▪ Prepare monthly progress billing as per site progress.▪ Follow-up government authorities’ procedures required for permits, approvals and completion certificate.▪ Deal with consultant, contractors and client for project requirements, clarifications and approvals.▪ Keep all site work documents, make references, logs, and make sure all information are always ready and organized.▪ Prepare handing over documents for client and consultant records.

▪ Coordination between site, office staff, contractor, consultant and authorities.▪ File, arrange, and back-up all project related documents to ensure that data is available and is easily accessible.▪ Prepare Minutes of the Meeting as per site meetings and distribute to all concerned parties.▪ Site inspections to gather information and check for any technical issues.▪ Review and certify invoices raised by contractors, verifying if the work percentages claimed are matching as per the actual work progress at site and ensure that the payment term is followed.▪ Find suppliers/sub-contractors for the scope of works excluded in the main contract package, prepare analysis, comparison sheet and assist the client in the finalization.▪ Review and prepare Tender Analysis and Comparison Sheet for the tenders submitted by bidders and assisting in finalizing the main contractor for the project.
